Summer Pitcher's Bootcamps
Make the most of your summer by training in a comprehensive training program to meet your needs.
This is our most popular training program all year and we have seen phenomenal results with our athletes gaining velocity, command and staying healthier while doing so.
Come experience our time tested training strategies for developing more dynamic and athletic pitchers!
We start with a complete assessment of each athletes current qualities in each of the following areas :
- Grip and shoulder strength
- 33 pt. Mechanical Analysis
- Velocity
- Command
Each athlete is then assigned a Pitching and/or Performance training program via Driveline Traq and coached through their in person group sessions to attack their deficiencies.
Training sessions will be tracked by the athletes to show progress over time in an easy to understand format.
Using these strategies our athletes gained an average of 4.2 mph last summer while increasing strike % by nearly 18%!!! And we have only learned more since then.
We offer our Bootcamps in both 2 day/week Pitching & SAVAGE Performance packages as well as and 2 day/week Pitching only options (see program options below).

Remote Training Programs
If you are hungry and committed to train with us but can’t make it to the gym to train on-site with us we’ve got you covered.
Our remote programs are structured and tiered to help you gradually build up from the foundations of Velocity Baseball Training to our most challenging programs.
A dedicated coach will guide you and answer any questions you have as well as provide coaching and feedback on any video you may send in via the On Form app.
Start by coming in for an on-site assessment or dive right into your program after discussing your goals with a coach.
We offer both our Pitching and Performance programs remotely.
Assessments
We like to start with an on-site assessment to get video of your mechanics as well as baseline numbers on arm strength, 3D power outputs and throwing velocity, however it is not necessary to train remotely.
Pitching
If you choose to start with an on-site pitching assessment, we will gather the following datapoints on you to assess where you are at.
- Max isometric grip and shoulder strength.
- Mechanical video analysis
- Velocity assessments
Pitching programming will be shared with you in 4 week blocks via Driveline TRAQ. All drills/exercises will have video links attached.
All athletes will be sent an invite to download the OnForm Coaching app which allows athletes to share video with their trainers for their review and breakdown. The app also has a chat feature for athletes and trainers to have dialogue about the training.
Performance
If you choose to start with an on-site performance assessment, we will gather the following datapoints on you to assess where you are at.
- Max isometric grip and shoulder strength.
- Vertical Jump
- 3D Power Assessment using Proteus Motion
Performance programming will be shared with you in 4 week blocks via Driveline TRAQ. All drills/exercises will have video links attached.
